Apple Watch 救了我媽媽！台灣用戶寫信向 Tim Cook 表達感謝

在 9 月初時，T客邦曾分享一名台灣的辛先生致信給蘋果執行長 Tim Cook，因為 Apple Watch 的跌倒偵測啟動，成功救援受傷的他，因此十分感謝蘋果團隊創造了一款真正拯救他生命的產品。近日，同樣是台灣用戶寄信給 Tim Cook，感謝「Apple Watch 救了我媽媽」。

黃小姐在信中表示，她的母親於 8 月 7 日在家裡跌倒撞破玻璃，且流了非常多血，Apple Watch 馬上通知 119，並發送通知給她跟住在美國的姐妹。她在收到通知後，立刻回撥電話給媽媽，但媽媽因為失血很多已經相當虛弱，所幸救護車及時趕到，警察和救護人員破門而入，將媽媽即時送醫，拯救了媽媽的性命。

「要是沒有 Apple Watch，那天我們就失去媽媽了」，黃小姐在寫給 Tim Cook 信中寫下最真實的感受，同時也鼓勵 Apple 持續創新，並希望讓全世界知道 Apple Watch 不僅是一個配件，真的可以守護獨居年長者的生命健康。

Hello Tim,

This is TingYu from Taiwan. This is an email to show how grateful my family is to apple's product. Below is a photo taken from the day that accident happened. My mom lives alone and fell down broke the glass window on 7th August in the afternoon. Her Apple immediately called the 119 and sent notification to me and my sister (who lives in the US). I immediately called her back, heard her very weak voice she tried to stay awake even she lost lots of blood) and already heard the ambulance's alert from the phone. The police broke her door and sent her to hospital in time. Though she did lost of blood transfusion and operation in the hospital, the hospital did save her life. Thanks to Apple Watch, without it, we would have lost our mom on that day. Thanks again and please keep the innovation going. And please let the world knows, Apple Watch is not only a fashion accessory but a life saving tools for elder people who live alone.

如何開啟跌倒偵測功能？

Apple Watch 的跌倒偵測功能適用於 Apple Watch SE 與 Apple Watch Series 4 的後續幾型，當偵測到使用者有嚴重跌倒的跡象時，會用震動的方式輕點一下用戶手腕、發出警示音，並會在畫面中提示。此時，使用者可以選擇聯絡緊急服務，或是按下數位錶冠、點一下左上角的「關閉」或點一下「我沒事」，以關閉提示。如果 Apple Watch 偵測到你有動作，它會等待你回應提示，不會自動撥打緊急服務電話；如果手錶偵測到沒有動作長達 1 分鐘，便會自動撥打緊急服務電話。

想要開啟 Apple Watch 的跌倒偵測功，可在 Watch App 中，找到「SOS 緊急服務」，進入設定選單中就可以到看「跌倒偵測」功能。
